Ironic chef Bobby joins weight-losing cause...

Ironic chef Bobby in one of his better looking days..

Recently after winning the weight losing contest, Jester Joke wants to bring his overall weight down to around 65kg. The reasons are kept secret, only known to those who can read my mind though. Joke continues his weight-losing program on hoping it will have the same effect as the previous 14 days. However, in the beginning, the first few kg are easy to shed off, while the later kg require more effort. My weight has hardly fell in a weeks time.

Bobby, as pictured above, has came up with an explanation...
Doing the same routine over and over wouldn't help much, since you body is start to getting used to losing fat, so it's better to work out every muscle in every possible planar of action for maximum success.

So with Bobby joining the cause and bringing his "Men Fitness" techniques...the schedule was 1 hour jogging for 3 days, 1 hour weight-lifting for 2 days, and 3 hours basketball for a day. Saturday and for resting the muscles. Results should be posted next month la...stay tuned to find out more..

Xmas day--Who's gonna win the weight loss battle??

Jester Joke battling with obesity with his beloved outfit.

It's christmas day, and it all concludes our 14 hard fought battle into losing weight. Rewind back, last 14 days...Joke was weighing 73 kg while Tuk was 52 kg. We will review their weight-loss program that actually happened and see the results.

Weight-loss technique:

1) J'Tuk -- Ate a 9kg 14 day weight loss program with no extra additional exercise. J'Tuk has been low on energy and quit on the 11-th day. Her weight on the final day was 47.4 kg. "A 4.6 kg weight reduction".

2) JJ (Jester Joke) -- Controlled daily consumption to always be less than 2000 calories. Stop drinking Coke (softdrinks) and french fries (oily fried stuffs) with a 1 hour joggin five days a week and 3 hour basketball for 2 days a week. His weight on the final day was 68.3 kg. "A 4.7 kg weight reduction".

The battle was won by just a single 100g with the victor Jester Joke. Although the battle was won, Jester Joke isn't satisfied and will keep fighting obesity with his own will from now onwards..

Challenge losing weight with a friend...

It didn't take long for Jester Joke to decide on how to lose weight. By finding a pal to gamble with into losing weight, it would be just the right motivation. The deal was who ever lost more weight in 14 days would win, regardless of technique. The catch was whoever loss will treat the winner a meal worth 500 baht. My challenger was a girl named "Tuk" who was facing the same problems, weighing 52 kg.

Here's the technique each side declared to use:

1) J'Tuk -- Eat a 14 days 9kg weight loss diet, consisting of mostly boiled vegetables, eggs, fruits, and steamed steak. From Joke's point of view, it is similar as the Atkuns diet where the minimum amount of carbohydrate is to be consumed.

2) JJ (Jester Joke) -- Cutting down on average daily consumption. Take necessary precautions not to consume over 2000 calories per day. Jogging every morning for an hour while playing basketball for 3 hours on the weekend.

Who would win?...How's the battle?...Please follow up for more details..

Jester Joke vows to kick OBESITY out of his life...

"Feeling fat isn't a crime. But seeing this movie has give me inspiration to slimming down."

Once you start studying hard and working on, your weight always do increase. The question isn't how much you gained, but how to keep yourself in shape. I for one, although exercising regularly through the years, has fallen to one of the many sins, gluttony, and made myself a member of the so-called "obesity" clan.

Let's take this. I started my university at age 16 weighing a little less than 50 kg. I gained roughly 5 kg a year during my university and graduated at 21 weighing close to 70 kg. During those years, the big surprise was that I was the manager and captain of my faculty basketball team and also captain of the Sickduck FC. One thing was sure, exercise and gaining weight do not really cancel each other out, there's gotta be something more to the equation.

18 months of work has pushed my weight to a career high 77kg with a height of only 170cm. Could you believe it?...That's it...I have to stop the weight rising....For today, I vow to beat obesity and return myself into a lean, mean, fat-burning machine...
